Registration for the Spring2011 Session is about to begin! Fall2010 and Winter2011 session club members can register online starting March 15. Open registration–online and in-person–starts March 16. Students in the Winter session will be given their coach’s recommendation by March 7. Contact the gym if you miss the day they’re handed out and you’re not sure where to register.

Take A Look: Daily Boost

Our daytime adult class, Daily Boost, makes gymnastics fun! Even if you you haven’t done much, or any, gymnastics before. With a combination of laughter, encouragement and a focus on correct technique our Daily Boost members practice on the bars, floor, balance beams and aerial fabric. If we had a motto for DB, it’d definitely be “Wow, I didn’t think I could do that!” C’mon, join us! The new session starts in January 2011. Full session, drop-in or punch-card attendance.

Mom’s Night Out!

12 moms, 2 instructors and a big gym full of fun! They swung on the bars, flipped on the Fast Track, balanced on the beams, tumbled, laughed and performed routines with a big smile on their faces! All in a one-hour event they arranged as a way to connect as a group. (What do you think? Grab 11 friends and try it for yourself!)

Bring-a-Friend Days!

Get ready for a favorite event: Bring-a-Friend Day!

Bring-a-Friend Days happen in different weeks this session depending on what program you attend. Your friend should be close to your own age, and dressed for action. Friends aged 3 and under must attend with their own adult who will participate with them throughout the class.

Bring your friend to your regular class day and time

Drop-in programs are 2-for1 on Bring-a-Friend day! (Drop-in classes are “Supertot Playdate,” “G4L: Daily Boost,” “G4L: Adult” and “G4L:Teen.”) Teens must bring a signed waiver to qualify as a friend for the G4L:Teen drop-in class. Questions? Ask your coach. See you there!
